Social Work Internships
Social work internships are available for those interested in working in the medical or public health arena within a hospital setting, mental health facility, or with an NGO working with those diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. There are also social work internships working with addiction in addiction clinics, and organizations working with the homeless. Working with children in a social work internship could be in a special needs school or a care facility for children with disabilities.
