Mel is the soul of Stint Ireland. She is a seasoned traveler, with experiences like backpacking South America and Southeast Asia to go along with her six years working abroad in South Africa, making her well-versed in the wonders and challenges of living abroad. When she isn’t hard at work running Stint Ireland, she enjoys spending quality time with dear friends and family.

Ayla Graney
CREATIVE LEAD & EVENTS COORDINATOR
Ayla moved to Dublin as a Stinter in 2016, spending her gap year benefitting from the programme's best features: built-in friends and logistical support. After jetting off to New Zealand on a second gap year, Ayla found herself missing Ireland (Guinness) and returned in 2019 to complete her Master's Degree. A huge advocate for Stint, she was so happy to be welcomed with warm arms onto the team.
